Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for rentals from Riverbend Appliance Rentals.

Rental Payments

Rental payments are generally non-refundable after the appliances have been delivered and installed at your address. Because our monthly fee covers the ongoing use of the appliances during that billing period, partial refunds are not typically issued for unused portions of a month.

Billing Errors

If you believe you have been billed in error, or if a charge does not match the terms of your rental agreement, please contact us promptly. We will review the issue and correct any billing errors as quickly as possible, including issuing a refund of any amount that was charged in error.

Returned or Failed Payments

Fees associated with returned ACH payments or declined card charges are the customer's responsibility and are not eligible for refund.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for a billing error, call us at (217) 556-5453 or reach out via our contact page with your name, service address, and details about the charge in question. We will respond within a reasonable time and issue any approved refund to the original payment method.
