Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy describes how customers may end a rental with Riverbend Appliance Rentals.

Six-Month Minimum Rental

All rentals are subject to a six-month minimum rental term starting on the date the appliances are delivered and installed. Rentals cannot be cancelled during the minimum term except as required by applicable law or as otherwise agreed to in writing.

Cancellation After the Minimum Term

After the six-month minimum term, you may cancel your rental at any time with reasonable advance notice. To cancel, contact us by phone or email and let us know your preferred pickup date. We will confirm your cancellation and coordinate pickup.

Pickup Appointments

Once a cancellation is confirmed, we schedule a pickup appointment at a mutually convenient time. An adult must be present at the service address during pickup, and the appliances must be accessible. Monthly billing stops after the appliances are picked up.

Early Cancellation

Requests to cancel during the six-month minimum term will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to an early termination fee equal to the remaining months of the minimum term.
