Delivery Policy
This Delivery Policy describes how Riverbend Appliance Rentals delivers and installs appliances for our rental customers.
Standard Delivery Area
We provide standard delivery to customers located within our published service area, which includes Edwardsville, Glen Carbon, Collinsville, Belleville, O'Fallon, Granite City, Waterloo, Columbia, and the greater St. Louis Metro Area. Deliveries outside this area may be available on request and could include an additional delivery fee.
Utility Connections
To install your washer and dryer, your home must have working utility connections, including cold and hot water supply, a drain, an appropriate electrical outlet, and (if you are renting a gas dryer) a working gas line. If necessary connections are missing or not functional, we may not be able to complete installation until they are repaired.
Adults Must Be Present
An adult (18 or older) must be present at the delivery address for the entire duration of the delivery and installation appointment. This ensures we can access the space, confirm the placement of appliances, and review the installation with you.
Installation and Testing
Our team professionally installs each appliance, connects it to your existing utility connections, and runs a functional test cycle to confirm everything is working correctly before we leave. We'll also walk you through the basics of operating your new washer and dryer.
Installation Materials
Some homes require new installation materials for a safe installation. These may include:
- Braided washer supply hoses
- Washer drain hose
- Dryer vent
- Dryer vent clamps
- Gas connector (if applicable)
If replacement materials are needed, Riverbend Appliance Rentals will discuss pricing with the customer before installation begins. You'll only pay for materials your installation requires.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule a delivery, please contact us as soon as possible so we can find a new time that works for you.
