How does appliance rental work?+

You contact us to check availability, choose a washer and dryer package, and complete a rental agreement with payment setup. We then deliver, professionally install, and test the appliances before we leave. You pay a simple monthly rate for the length of your rental.

How much does it cost?+

Rentals start at $65 per month. The exact price depends on the appliance package you choose. There is a six-month minimum rental term. Contact us for current pricing and availability in your area.

Is delivery included?+

Yes. Standard delivery within our service area is included at no additional charge.

Do you install everything?+

Yes. Our team professionally installs your washer and dryer, connects them to your existing water, drain, gas, or electrical connections, and tests each appliance before we leave.

What if my washer or dryer stops working?+

Maintenance is included with your rental. If an appliance stops working through normal use, contact us and we will help repair or replace it at no additional cost.

Are installation materials included?+

Our monthly rental includes free delivery and standard installation. If your existing washer hoses, drain hose, or dryer vent are safe and in good condition, we'll happily reuse them. If new materials are recommended for safety or reliability, we'll explain exactly what is needed before installation. You'll only pay for materials your installation requires.

How long is the rental agreement?+

A six-month minimum rental applies. After the minimum term, your rental continues month to month and you may cancel with advance notice.

Can I pay with my bank account?+

Yes. We accept recurring ACH bank payments as well as major debit and credit cards.

Do you accept automatic monthly payments?+

Yes. Rentals are billed automatically each month through recurring ACH or card payments, so you never have to remember to send a payment.

What happens if I move?+

Let us know before you move. If your new address is within our service area, we can arrange to relocate your appliances. If it is outside our service area, we will schedule a pickup.

How do I return the appliances?+

When your rental ends, we schedule a pickup appointment at a convenient time. Our team disconnects and removes the appliances for you.
